Refund policy.

Reach itself is free, so there is nothing to buy and nothing to return. This policy covers voluntary contributions made through our Support Reach page.

Last updated: 12 September 2026.

Nothing on this site is a purchase.

Reach is free to download and free to play, and every game in the Game Vault is included at no extra cost. We do not sell software, games, subscriptions, or physical goods, so there are no orders, no deliveries, and no returns or shipping to arrange.

There is nothing to cancel.

Every contribution is a single one-off payment in New Zealand dollars (NZD). We do not set up subscriptions, recurring payments, memberships, or automatic renewals, so no ongoing charge is ever created and there is nothing you need to cancel to stop being billed. You will only ever be charged the amount you chose, once.

Refunds within 30 days.

If you change your mind, made a mistake, entered the wrong amount, or paid twice, we will refund you in full. Ask us within 30 days of the payment and we will refund it, no questions asked.

We will also refund a payment at any time if it was made without the cardholder's permission. If you believe your card has been used fraudulently, contact us and your bank straight away.

After 30 days we will still consider a refund request — email us and explain the situation. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

How to request a refund.

Email support@reach.game with:

  • The email address you used at checkout.
  • The approximate date and amount of the payment.
  • Optionally, the receipt Stripe emailed you — it makes the payment quicker to find.

You do not need an account, an order number, or a form. A plain email is enough.

How long it takes.

We aim to reply within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 5 business days of agreeing to them.

Refunds are returned to the original card or payment method through Stripe — we cannot send them anywhere else. Once processed, your bank usually takes a further 5 to 10 business days to show the money back on your statement. The original payment appears on your statement as REACH SUPPORT.
